The Political Compass is an online assessment that rates one's political views on two scales: (1) economic (ranging from communism or collectivism to neo-liberalism or libertarianism), and (2) social (ranging from anarchism to fascism). One can then compare one's views with several historical and contemporary people of influence. (For the record, I am right there next to the Dalai Lama. ... I can live with that.)
